Review work for Arx Sable.
Proviso assessments are automated. A human review is a separate, paid piece of work carried out by an approved engineer and signed by Arx Sable. This page explains how that works before you give any personal details.
Applying does not create any access to customer records. Approval is a decision made by Arx Sable, and it can take time.
How it works
- You apply. You give a professional name, a short summary of your work, a portrait, a link to an established professional profile, your skills and evidence of relevant experience. Submitting also asks for your legal name and a government-issued photo ID image.
- Arx Sable checks identity and competence. A person at Arx Sable reads the application, compares it with the professional profile you gave, and judges whether the experience matches the work. A link or an uploaded document does not prove identity by itself, and applying does not mean you will be approved.
- Arx Sable offers scoped work. If you are approved, work is offered one piece at a time, with the scope and the fee stated before you accept. There is no promise of a particular amount of work, or of any work at all.
- You accept and complete. You choose whether to take each offer. You can decline, and you can set your availability and capacity.
- Arx Sable reviews, then pays. Completed work is checked for quality before it is signed and published, and payment follows that review. Assignment, quality review and payment records are being built next; today an application can be submitted and decided.
What happens to your identity documents
Your legal name and ID image are used only to check that you are who you say you are. They are stored privately, are never shown to customers or other engineers, and can only be opened by Arx Sable operations with two-step verification, with the reason and time recorded.
The raw ID image is deleted 30 days after a final decision or after you withdraw. An application left as a draft expires after 90 days. A minimal record of the decision, your verification name and the history is kept so decisions remain accountable. This is how we handle the data, not a statement about any legal requirement.

You use the same sign-in as everyone else. Having an account, or being a Proviso customer, gives you no reviewing permissions on its own.
